Professional Experience
1，Minimum 2 years experience as a QA Engineer with related mechanical engineering and/or related pump manufacturing environment preferred.
至少两年机械专业相关的质量工作经验。有水泵行业工作经验尤佳。
2，Knowledge of ISO9001, Familiar with 8D methodology for problem solving, failure analysis methods and 5 tooling(MSA, SPC,FMEA,PPAP,APQP)
 熟悉质量体系，8D问题解决方法，熟悉5大工具(MSA, SPC,FMEA,PPAP,APQ；
3，Familiar with inspection of casting, machining, fabrication, etc.； Can use inspector gauges freely; Experience in tooling design is preferred.
熟悉铸件、加工件、结构件等的检验； 能使用各种量具；
4， Good communication skills. 沟通能力强
Main Responsibility
  * Developing the new supplier with purchasing unit in NPI process.和采购一起开发新供应商
  * Responsible for supplier review and assess in NPI project. 负责新项目中供应商的测评
  * Responsible for communication with suppliers on the quality and technical issue. 负责和供应商沟通质量及技术的问题。
  * Responsible for data collecting to evaluate supplier performance and monitor supplier improvement by monthly and quarterly. 负责收集数据，评估供应商的绩效，并按月和季度监控供应商的改善情况
  * Implement quality system or process audit to supplier as planned or according to urgent issue。按计划或根据紧急情况对供应商实施质量体系或过程审核。
  * Responsible for VPC implementation in SPA requirement.？ 根据SPA 的要求跟踪VPC 的实施。
  * Responsible for supplier corrective actions implementation and verification. 负责供应商纠正预防措施的实施和验证
