职位描述

Provide reliable price and technical support to customer;
向客户提供可靠的价格和技术支持；
Handle Factory Product Variants inquiry;
处理非标产品询价；
Ensure order information clarified, passed, and released correctly and timely;
确保订单信息及时正确的澄清，传递和下达；
Provide desirable customer service, improve customer satisfaction;

Customer reception and product training;
客户接待和产品培训；
Familiar with company products and main competitors\\\' products

Project order management
项目订单管理
Submit improvement proposals to superior to provide better service to customer and to improve internal work efficiency;
       向上级提供改进建议，更好的服务客户和提高内部工作效率；

日常工作：
 Handle customer inquiries, provide pump selection and configuration;
处理客户询价，提供水泵选型和配置；
 Clarify and align with customer the technical requirement. Provide technical support and product documents;
与客户澄清技术细节并达成一致。提供技术支持和产品技术文件；
 Provide reasonable solution, and offer technical support onsite when needed.
向客户提供合理的方案，有必要时到现场进行技术支持;
 Conduct inquiry and order review meeting. Lead and follow up project order and control the on time fulfillment;
主持召开询价评审和订单评审会议。主导和跟踪项目订单，确保订单的按期完成；
 Check and confirm order details and ensure pass the correct and sufficient order information to internal departments;
检查并确认订单详细内容，确保将订单信息准确充分的传达给内部相关部门；
 Quotation follow up and collect feedback from customers;
跟踪报价并征集客户反馈；
 Customer reception, witness test, factory tour, and product training;
客户接待，陪同目击测试和工厂参观，产品培训；

基本要求：
Education/教育程度:
Mechanical engineering, Fluid Machinery and Engineering, Mechanical and electrical integration, or related major. Bachelor degree holder or above;
机械工程，流体机械，机电一体化，或相关专业；本科及以上学历

Language/语言:
Good capability of read, write, understand and speak of English, CET6 is preferred
良好的英语应用能力，大学英语六级优先

PC Skill/电脑:
Familiar with MS office and CAD, experience of database or programming preferred.
熟悉办公软件和CAD，熟悉数据库或能够编程者优先

Professional Experience /专业经验
3+ years mechanical engineering background, experience in pump manufacturer preferred
2~3年机械工程或相关经验，有泵行业相关经历优先
