职位描述

Be responsible for quality management system maintenance to make sure health and effective running, carrying out the Product Certification process, Such as 3C, Fire fighting, Energy Saving and production licenses etc., to ensure compliance with laws and regulations. And accountability for document management.
负责工厂质量管理体系的有效、健康运行，执行产品认证相关的工作如：3C, 节能认证，消防认证等，确保符合相关法律法规的要求，以及文件管理方面的职责。

Professional Experience /专业经验
Have at least 3 years working experience in mechanical background.
有三年以上在机械行业的工作经验
Knowledge and experience in quality system such us ISO9001:2005, familiar with external/internal audit.
拥有ISO9001:2005体系知识和经验，熟悉外审和内审。
Have experience of product certificate, such as 3C, Fire fighting, export license.
拥有产品认证（比如：3C，节能，消防认证，出口产品认证等）相关经验。
Experience of document control is preferred.
文控管理经验者优先。

Daily Job:
Sep up and deploy ISO9001, monitor the quality system effective running in relevant departments.
负责质量体系的建立与推动，并督促各部门对体系的有效运行。
Lead activities to make sure quality system compliance and effectiveness in each department, and push the continue improvement.
负责对个部门体系运行的符合性、有效性进行监督审核，促进质量管理体系不断改进。
Set up and maintenance the Standardize, SOP, process and certification data
建立和维护ETO工厂产品认证相关的程序、流程、以及数据更新。
Keep up to date with local/regional trends within the certification area in order to ensure that Grundfos lives up to the standards and rules stated by the authorities at all time
负责维护公司新产品认证、现有产品认证管理和延续，确保符合相关的法律法规要求。
Being contact window external and internal audit be related with quality system and product certification                  
组织协调质量体系、产品认证有关的外部和内部审核。
Inter training for ISO9001 and product certification knowledge sharing             内部传达、培训质量体系和产品认证相关的法律法规要求以及知识分享
Support group for quality system integration
支持集团质量体系整合方面的工作
Carry out communication with local/regional authorities and certification bureaus in order to built up a network with these 
积极与相关的认证机构建立良好的关系以保证有效的沟通。
Being contact window for documents management
相关文控管理的工作
