职位描述

BASIC FUNCTION（基本职能）:

根据组长安排的生产任务进行零件的加工，保证安全生产和产品质量。

Part manufacturing according to team leader’s assignment, and ensure production safety and product quality.



PRIMARY DUTIES & Key Accountabilities（主要职责）: (Give measureable bullet points of specific job responsibilities the position is expected to perform in order to meet the overall expected of the position.)

根据公司EHS要求，创造和维护一个安全的生产环境和预防职业危害。遵守安全操作规范，保证安全生产

Create and maintaining a safety production environment and prevent from occupational disorders. Comply with safety operation rules and ensure safety during production

负责按照图纸、工艺文件、设备操作规程进行生产.

Responsible for the manufacturing in accordance with the drawings, technical documents, equipment operation procedure

按照5S的要求，创造并维护一个赏心悦目的工作场地.

Create and maintaining a good workshop base on 5S requirement.

保证产品质量

Ensure the product quality.

保证完成生产任务

Ensure the completion of daily work.

持续改进

Continue Improvement.

 

Work experience requirements（工作经验）:
熟悉操作本岗设备，必须有很强的识图、理解工艺指导书和设备操作规程的能力。

CNC working experience and drawing reading are must, including manually programming for CNC turning& milling compound machine.

必须熟练使用测量工具，包括但不限于使用游标卡尺、千分尺。

Be familiar with mechanical parts measurement technique, can choose proper tools and methodology.

Ability to maintaining machine and tooling.
