Richter is part of IDEX Corporation. It is known as the 1st choice in the process industry with its plastic-lined magnetic drive process pumps for conveying corrosive, environmentally critical and high-purity fluids, especially with high pressure and temperature requirements and large flow volumes. We have production and assembly facilities in more than 50 countries.

This position will supervise the production department for Richter in Suzhou, lead a 30-people operation team. Heshe will oversee the production schedule to achieve delivery schedule and quality standard, focus on production line materials flow and efficiency improvement.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
-	Maintain a safe working environment for all employees.
-	Build production team and improve the efficiency of the organization, focus on core team development.
-	Responsible for production employees’ job assignment, dailymonthlyyearly performance evaluation, cross training and key employees’ development plan.
-	Review the labor requirement according to monthly production plan and control overtime in reasonable level.
-	Implement production schedule in production line and monitor the daily production quality, output and efficiency.
-	Implement lean manufacturing to improve production quality, efficiency and cost.
-	Control production budget which spend on tooling, consumables, etc.
-	Responsible for Cross function communicationcoordination to make the process smooth and solve the problems.
-	Collect production daily report data; analysis the data and monthly root cause analysis and implement action plan to make improvement.
-	Other things which be assigned.
