SUMMARY
The China Compliance Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing and testing compliance procedures, providing training on laws, regulations, company policies and tools, and for overseeing and managing compliance by all IDEX Units in relation to company policies and regulatory requirements that are applicable to anti-corruption activities.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
	Conduct, on a regularly scheduled basis, on-site audits of the IDEX Units’ anti-corruption compliance programs to identify risks and gaps in their internal controls, processes, and procedures.
	Participate in the annual anti-corruption risk assessment process.
	Perform investigations into various financial, compliance and code of conduct allegations.
	Assist with development of policies and procedures for IDEX’s global compliance program consistent with current and evolving regulatory requirements.
	Provide guidance and training on the third party risk assessment tool to world-wide business units.
	Develop and administer training and provide guidance and support for the IDEX Units’ that will enable each Unit to independently develop and implement internal controls that will identify and effectively manage anti-corruption risks.
	Serve as a subject matter expert within the Corporate Compliance group by developing and maintaining a current and comprehensive knowledge of anti-corruption laws and regulations.

EDUCATION ANDOR EXPERIENCE
	Bachelor’s Degree in accountingfinance.
	Comprehensive working knowledge of anti-corruption laws and regulations.
	Minimum of three (3) years of experience conducting internal or external fraud investigations and anti-corruption audits for multinational manufacturing companies.
