职位描述

1.Develop new supplier

开发新供应商;

2.Evaluate the supplier ability, quality, delivery and cost level, with the negotiation to get the purchase agreement within the budget 

评估供应商的能力、质量、交货期和价格竞争力，通过谈判获得规定预算支出范围内的采购合同;

3.Improve supplier quality and manufacturing capacity

提高供应商的质量和制造能力;

4.Support vendors to meet GWC components requirements.

协助供应商以符合GWC产品组成的要求.



Daily Duties日常工作:

1.Develop qualified suppliers

发展有资格的供应商商

2.Generate samples developing and approval process.

建立样品和审批程序

3.Anticipates and resolves vendor performance problems to ensure our customer satisfaction.

参与解决供应商性能问题并确保我们的客户满意

4.Assist planning to ensure the on-time delivery

协助计划部门保证物料的准时交付

5.Establish and manage cost saving goals for components

为物料建立和管理成本节约目标

6.Coordinate organizational demands with vendors; monitor and evaluate vendor performance

协调组织供应商的要求，监控和评估供应商性能

7.Improve the suppliers’ quality and management level

不断改善供应商的质量及管理水平

8.Perform other duties as assigned by Supervisor.

完成主管交办的其他事项.



Requirements岗位要求:

1.Major in Mechanical/Material or relevant , Bachelor or above. 
机械类相关专业本科及以上 
2.At least 5 years working experience(3 years’ sourcing working experience is necessary). 
五年以上工作经验（至少三年以上sourcing工作经验） 
3.With casting and machining knowledge or related. 
具备铸造及机加工背景 
4.With the purchase contract, bidding, negotiation, business experience. 
具有采购合同、竞标、谈判，商务处理经验 
5.With ISO knowledge. 
了解ISO的相关知识 
6.Familiar with Office (Word, Excel, PPT), MRP&ERP&SAP is preferred. 
熟练运用Office办公软件，有ERP经验优先 
7.Master in Mandarin, English fluently both speaking and writing
