职位描述

Main responsibility 
· Responsible for supervising and managing daily operation of 1 to 4 production shifts teams 
负责监督和管理1到4个生产班组的日常工作 
· Responsible of technical ratios of the line , e.g. OEE and waste 
负责生产线的技术比率，例如设备综合效率和废物比 
· Responsible of the level of quality produce comparing to wallcover standards as well production team’s monitoring 
负责根据壁纸相关标准制定产品质量标准，同时也要对生产团队进行监督 
· Responsible of the delays to deliver the ordered products 
负责交付延迟的订单 
· Responsible for safety results of the Production team 
负责生产团队的安全生产 
· Ensures the setting aside of nonconforming products and reporting on it to Quality department 
确保不合格产品被挑拣出来，并将其报送质量部 
· Participate in the management of Claims (Customers, Suppliers, Subcontractors) 
参与产品索赔的管理(客户、供应商、分包商) 
· Work with the Product Development DPT in the preparation of new products and conduct with the team some trials on the production machine 
与产品开发部门一起进行新产品的准备工作，并带领团队在生产设备上进行一些相应的试产。 
· Keep BIN05 area at wallcover requirements level of cleanliness, well organize and safe 
保持BIN05区域处于壁纸生产所需要的清洁度，现场整洁、安全。 
· Participate in the selection and approval of new raw materials, equipment or suppliers with the Product Development DPT or Engineering DPT 
与产品开发部门或工程部门一起对新原料、新设备或新供应商进行选择和认可。 
· Promote and impulse a dynamic for Quality, Safety and Environment in the BIN05 area 
促进并推动质量、安全以及环境等方针能在BIN05有力的进行。 
· Lead autonomous management methods in BIN05 area 
在BIN05区域领导实施自主的管理方法 
· Lead safety rules respect by the production team in BIN05 area in the way to reach the company targets (0LTA) 
在BIN05区域领导实施生产团队所需要遵守的安全规定，从而来达到公司的相关目标。 
· Participate in BIN05 machine planning in the way to minimize machine downtime & waste material 
参与BIN05的设备计划，从而将设备的停产时间以及废物产生问题降到最低。 
· Schedules and coordinates production activities with the Maintenance (operations and technical shutdown ) 
与维护保养部门一起安排、协助相关生产活动(相关操作和技术停机) 
· Optimizing production and utilization of human resources, machines and equipment for the respective shift(s). 
为每个班组生产和人员、机械以及设备的进行优化配比 
· Participate in his team’s training, 
参与自己团队的培训 
· Provide production team’s evaluation to help improving competencies development 
对生产团队进行评估，从而来帮助团队提高能力素质。 
· Development and annual performance evaluations of the production team 
发展生产团队，并对其实行年度绩效评估。 
· Oversees shift performance measures, maintaining raw material and stock inventories, including visual controls, and provides regular progress reports to the Production Manager. 
通过包括目视管理在内的相关方法来维持原材料以及仓库的库存，从而监督各班组的消极评估，并向生产经理做定期进度报告。 
· Conducts monthly Safety  Quality meetings with employees. 
与员工进行月安全质量会议 
Experience and education 
· 5 to 7 years’ experience in shift management position in a continuous manufacturing environment. 
至少在连续型制造企业中的班组管理职位有5到7年的工作经验 
· 2 or 3 years in papermaking industry. 
在造纸行业有2或3年的工作经验 
· Experience in a team-based environment is needed.
