职位描述

岗位职责： 
Main responsibility ： 
·  To provide resources to quality, engineering and manufacturing by focusing on improving processes, product stability and runnability at the wall cover production and with customers. 
着手改善壁纸生产的工艺、产品稳定性和流动性，并与客户一起为质量、工程以及制造等部门提供相应的资源信息 
·  To support environmental and safety functions of the wall cover production. 
支持壁纸生产的环境和安全工作·  To maintain and expand Standard Process Control (SPC) throughout the manufacturing process. 
维护标准工艺控制，并将其扩展到整个制造工艺中去。 
·  To collect, analyze and monitor data on processes to ensure continuous reduction in product and process variability. 
收集、分析并监督工艺方面的相关数据，以确保持续减少在产品和工艺上产生变化的可能性。 
·  To identify excess waste in the manufacturing process and manage related cost reduction activities 
鉴定在制造过程中产生的过度浪费，并组织进行相关的降低成本活动 
·  To participate in selection, purchase and installation of equipment for the production 
·  参与生产设备的选取、采购以及安装过程。 
·  To lead, support and actively participate on Continuous Improvement programs and actions 
领导、支持并积极地参加持续改善程序和活动 
Qualifications 
职位要求： 
· Bachelor\\\'s Degree in Pulp and Paper Engineering, Chemical Engineering or other relevant Engineering preferred. 
在纸浆和造纸工程、化学工程或其他工程学拥有本科学历者优先考虑 
· Available for on call duty which may include nights and weekends. 
可以在晚上和周末工作 
· Available to travel as necessary which may include several days, weekends and overseas locations. 
在必要的时候能够出国或短时间(几天或几个星期)的出差 
· Fluent verbal and written English.
