Duties：
工作职责
- Division assignee (DA) acts as “Procurement head” of respective divisions at ATC, responsible for all purchasing related topics of domestic and international business of the respective divisions.
- Division assignees are the main contact person for domestic or international business and business partners for all purchase related topics at the Chinese suppliers.
- HeShe is representing GPC at respective divisions to manage all procurement topics;
- HeShe is representing divisions at GPC to get necessary support; and
- HeShe is representing divisions towards global for all procurement related topics.
- HisHer annual target will be given jointly by respective division and GPC.
- HeShe is responsible for developing sourcing strategy for major products and driving the strategic procurement and division for realization and implementation.
- In the daily business, heshe is responsible for managingcoordinating all procurement related topics, which includes purchasing, ordering and expediting, to achieve the cost and time targets. They will be supported by whole GPC.
- Additionally, DA is responsible for sourcing, negotiation of parts, which are not covered by CMC (“Division specific parts”).
- For the project business (e.g. K), heshe is responsible for heading and coordinating project nominated team including purchasing, expediting, SQC and logistic. The team is responsible for budget achievement, on time delivery and quality.
- In some areas (e.g. K), because of the linkage of divisions, there is an overall “DA team leader” for the whole areas in place, the division assignees within these areas (e.g. KRB, KW, KFT) are reporting to the “DA team leader” functionally as well. They are building a DA team under the leadership of “DA team leader” responsible for all procurement topics in the respective area.
Competence

- Familiar with the products of the respective division.
- Mechanical background prefer but not a must
- Strong project management skill.
- Strong communication skill, incl. English.
- Able to work in a matrix organization.
- Strong procurement background.
- Capability for strategic thinks and organization
