Major Duties

Expediting 
-Participate kick-off meeting at beginning after PO is placed to supplier; 
address expeditors requirements (e.g. frequent manufacturing schedule 
(weekly, bi-weekly, etc…), execution plan with pictures, etc..) 
-Ensure that the correct raw material will be purchased within reasonable 
time and be tested immediately after delivery to supplier 
-Review supplier progress reports , check if is feasible and give a realistic 
status overview in relation to the contractual agreements (PO)  actual 
situation vs project schedule 
-Ensure that supplier provide PO requirements ( e.g. MPP, PQR, WPS, 
etc…) in due time 
-Issue expeditors progress report after every supplier visit (Frequency 
between 2-4 weeks, depending on progress, urgency andor critical 
parts) 
-Evaluate problems on both sides (supplier and AH) which are 
responsible for delays, determine possible and goal-oriented measures 
together with supplier, SE, SV 
-Ensure that supplier manufacture in conformity with standards & 
requirements and reach the agreed delivery date
During processes, check supplier capability to fulfill the order, recognize 
possible deviations and react to it appropriate 
-Ensure plausibility of manufacturing schedule vs actual progress 
-Check of intermediate manufacturing documents during processes 
-Ensure completeness of quality documents 
-Ensure paint material acc, to requirements, special instructions or –specifications 
-Ensure packing acc. to AH packing standard, respectively special 
instructions or-specifications and that the packing list will be issued

Competencies

-Minimum 5 years experience in the power plant or Power distribution 
industry in SQE, purchasing and sourcing, or supplier development. 
-Bachelor or above graduation majored in Mechanical  Electrical 
Engineering. 
-Allowing continuous business trip at different suppliers 
-English language skills, especially oral communication is a plus
