- Design governor hydraulic system
- Governor related piping system design
- Governor bidding document preparation
- Governor site commissioning
- Technical support for sourcing, manufacturing and customer service
- Project management responsibility

Qualification
- Bachelor degree in electric machine or mechanical
- Minimum 3 years design experience in hydraulic governor, with experience of site commissioning
- Good spoken and written English
- Experienced with Auto CAD, Microsoft Office software
- Good communication skill
- Willingness to travel
