Position Summary
·Tubine system related scope,costs,schedule,progress,quality and targets
·Turbine system related technical concept

Major Duties
·Preparing technical concept in collaoration with specialist
·Input for the overall time schedule and work breakdown structure
·Optimizing and updating of the technical quantity structures and costs
·Specification of system components for subcontracting
·Preparing documents for installation and installation procedures
·Neogotiation with subcontractors together with Purchasing
·Scheduling and expediting of system components
·Calling design kick-off and design review meetings(design steering)
·Prompt reports and documentation on deviations (cost,schedule,quality) to Project Engineer,Project Manager and Commercial Manager
·Technical inputs for claim management
·Measures to mitigate impacts from deviations
·Other activities assigned by the project manager or PM director

Competencies
·College or bachelor degree of mechanical engineering
·More than three years experience of production or service experience of the mechanical industry
·Good English in writing,reading and speaking
·Good cooperation with team spirit
·Good communication skill with customer and internal
