Reports to

Director of ME LCS


Position Summary

Responsible for below mentioned tasks and areas related to the Refining Technology Service program

· Communicate with customers to understand and collect Andritz ME plant information

· Visit customers’ plants to feedback related service and spare parts request.

· Provide after market operational and mechanical assistance to existing installations mainly for acid regeneration plant (ARP).

· Maintain good relations with customers




Major Duties

· Travel as required to check the status of Andritz ME products at customers’ site and make technical proposal accordingly if necessary;

· Provide product presentations to the customers.

· Provide the necessary technical support for the customer regarding the provision of the spare parts and advises the customer in all question related to the operation of ME products, mainly ARP plant;

· Provide the necessary support to the customer regarding aftermarket – service activities and spare part planning efforts.

· Assist and support in drafting technical specifications and proposals to the customers

· Provide onsite service, identify and resolve customers’ problems with follow up service report.

· Maintain a good understanding of Andritz ME products and trouble shoots at site when required.

· Promote and further Andritz goals through the development of good customer relationships.

· Update the performance data sheet according to the test on site for sales and recommended performance data;

· Prepare related service documentation;

Competencies ：

· College or bachelor degree of mechanical and electrical engineering

· More than three years experience of production or service experience of the Metall industry

· Good English in writing, reading and speaking

· Good cooperation with team spirit

· Good communication skill with customer and internal

· Good CAD knowledge

· Good mechanical and electrical skills in steel industry

· Self motivated, practical, Open-minded and hard working.
