Senior Inspector of HCD

Division

Reports to
Quality manager of HCD

Position Summary
·Quality inspection of the manufacture component, such as dimension check, andor NDT, andor painting inspection, andor material testing, andor documentation preparation and so on.
·Support supplier and manufacture supervisor for quality and efficiency improvement
·Control and reduce inspection cycle time
·Ensure the quality delivered to the customer site
·Improve the manufacture process sheet

Major Duties
·Perform the inspection andor witness the inspection of the supplier in order to guarantee the quality delivered to the customer site
·Reduce the cost by improve the inspection efficiency and cooperation with supplier and customer
·Supporting NCR handling process
·Support supply chain together with PC and QM
·Support design team
·Prepare the relative inspection reports and records
·Trouble shooting

Requirement：
·Good knowledge and skill of inspection in one or more of following, such as NDT, dimension check, visual testing, material testing, documentation preparation, painting inspection.
·Good knowledge of material
·Good knowledge of heavy industrial, such as hydra equipment
·Good knowledge of manufacture, such as machining, welding, painting, and so on.
·Good communication skill
