Position Summary
岗位概述
- Establish and maintain filing of as built document
- Inquiry, calculation for aftersales service project.
- Project tendering
- Aftersales project execution
- As the key users of SAP, contract creation and cost maintenance in SAP
- Book assignmentworkload in department, ensure on-time delivery of time sheets, and provide summary of approved timesheets to Finance Dept. on monthly basis;
- Provide support to peak load of other project execution if capacity allows;
- Establish and maintain filing of product brochuresbooklets from sub-suppliers;
- Assist department manager in daily administrative tasks, e.g. communication, filing, planning, etc.;
- Support department manager to implement of the QM procedures
- To perform other task assigned by company.
