职位描述

(1)MOE analysis by PBU(Product Business Unit)　
(2)capital expense audit and monthly analysis review
(3)AR aging analysis . Working capital review
(4)Performance analysis of inventory control, DIO, Obsolete, Scrap, Aging report
(5)Overhead and Admin expense analysis and control and potential cost saving proposal
(6)Cost variance analysis, Usage variance/BOM change/Scrap/Efficiency
(7) Production efficiency analysis,Scrap control by production line
(8)monthly management report preparation and anaylsis (HC/Cash flow/BS/DWC etc.)
(9)CO basic maintenance (cycle/internal order/cost center/profit center/etc)
(10)Annual budget of overhead and G&A department
(11)Standard cost budget, activity and overhead calculation, analysis, maintenance
(12)Plan physical count of inventory,report of variance analysis
(13)Intercompany ,P&L ,CAPEX related group package preparation and assistance
(14) Actual MOE follow up base on monthly
(15)Other ad hoc assignments from department or management

Qualification

(1)No less than 5 years working experience in manufacturing enterprises and at least 2 years experience in FP&A
(2)Good skills in MS Office
(3)Good inter-personal communication skills
(4)Good command of English, writing and reading
(5)Bachelor degree majoring in Accounting/Economics related
(6)SAP experience is a plus
(7)Teamwork spirit, being able to meet deadline under pressure
