DUTY/RESPONSIBILITIES：

1Strategic activities　
oSourcing new suppliers　
oTo create commodity purchasing strategy　
oSuppliers relationship management　
oSuppliers improvement　
2Commercial activites　
oInquiry and price negotiation　
oCost reduction initiative　
oBugdet and realization　
oSupply and Purchase Agreement negotiation　
3Products development and validation　
oDrawing review with supplier to clarify the quality requirements
oTo bridge technical communication　
oTo set up development schedule and to follow　
oTo follow products validation　
oReview the inspection report and check the PPAP documents from
the suppliers　
oTo follow 0 serial production 　
4Supplier quality audit and improvement　
oEvaluate the new supplier and process audit of series production
oRegular audit to current supplier for continual improvements
5Control the quality of incoming parts　
oDefine the incoming quality control status based on supplier’s audit
results　
oCreate the incoming inspection instruction　
6Claims dealing and 8D report follow up　
7Regular follow up of supplier performance evaluation
8Create the strategic cooperation relationship with suppliers and
lead the Supplier Development Program　
9Support activities;　
oSupport to improve delivery on time　
oSupport other SQEs　
oSupport other buyers

EDUCATION/MAJOR

University education , mechanical major preferred

EXPERIENCE
SKILLS　

At least 3 years experience as an casting quality engineer
- Knowledge of manufacturing process for casting
- knowledge of quality
- Strong management ability
- Language : English (fluent spoken & written);
- Computer: Word, Excel, PPT.
