Main Accountabilities:
? Recommend and implement structures, processes, with state of the art tools to collect and analyze relevant data
? Implement and report market development monitoring to derive strategic implications per segment.
? Guarantees delivery of required data to observe the Wilo relevant market scope, such as trends, customer segments, competitors incl. M&A, countries, market shares & potentials, sales, economic factors, financial developments
?Implement customer satisfaction index
? Monitoring and reporting on the efficiency of Marketing activities
? Ensures provision of brand related analysis like brand funnel, brand value
? Support finance management, budget planning process and controlling
? Measure Marketing KPIs
? Contribute to presentations and reporting
Requirements:
? 3 years of experience in market research in b2b or market research companies
? Bachelor degree or above with focus on market research
? Experienced in use of different market research methods (qualitative and quantitative)
? Good knowledge about market monitoring and intelligence tools
