职位描述

Main Accountabilities:
1. Evaluate and develop the new suppliers based on WILO’s criteria; process audit of series production of suppliers; regular audit to current supplier for continual improvements; using preventive methods for early identification and minimization.
2. Review the technical requirements and drawing about suppliers; review the inspection report on the initial samples; check the PPAP documents from the suppliers; validate the new parts.
3. Communicate with supplier on quality claims and 8D report, follow-up the collective actions.
4. Analyze supplier quality related risks and define local risk mitigation plans and enforce it; ensure supplier and supply monitoring processes and tools are in place to track and optimize supplier performance.
5. Follow-up the quarterly evaluation with suppliers; plan and implement the product audit and follow-up the corrective actions in case of nonconformity; create the strategic cooperation relationship with suppliers and develop the supplier improvement program.
6. Project management, establish, implement and follow-up on project specific quality control instructions and plans.

Requirements:
1. Degree: Bachelor degree in or above大学及以上学历
2. Years/type of experience: Above ten year’s working experiences of supplier quality assurance in machine building industry. 10年以上机械制造业工作经验
3. Area-specific knowledge: Expert in knowledge of casting products精通铸件产品知识。
4. Master experiences of supplier quality assurance and improvement management. 丰富的供应商管理及改进的经验。
5. Language: Expert in listening, speaking, reading and writing.英语听、说、读、写精通
