Main Accountabilities:
1.Consult internal customers, clarify their requests in detail
2.Be able to support various projects including process enhancements, on-going SAP ECC implementations; Analyses and resolves issues within the existing global template solution.Deeply understand SAP configuration in the FI and CO modules to support regional processes including integration with SD, management and internal reporting, and close/consolidations, work with business teams to ensure that the benefits of the existing services and new/updated services within area of responsibility are achieved.
Establish and maintain a close working relationship with business partners
Work with local vendors in delivery of SAP application of FICO training
Work with Global project team to provide necessary analysis and assistance to roll out Global FICO and potentially HR projects
Assist with communication and resolution of Global SAP process in FICO
Work independently to provide L1support for FICO SAP tickets and issues within APAC region and globally as directed by management
5 years direct experience implementing and supporting business processes within FI and CO and experience
FI Module : Global COA, Supporting AR/AP process, Supporting finance report and Finance business analysis
CO-PA Module : Cost Center Accounting, Product Costing - Monitoring of issue related to cost roll up, cost planning, COPA Analysis - Generation and creation of various reports for decision making ability to convert business needs into technical requirements
-Preparation of monthly product line profit and loss statements
-Inventory reporting by product lines
-Perform material / product cost variance analysis
-Maintenance of product standard
-Perform cost roll up
-Co-ordinate physical inventories, cycles count and related variance analysis
-Perform Sales & Cost of Sales Reconciliation
-Be able to troubleshoot day to day FICO issues related to various businesses
-Analysis, design and create functional specifications for change requests
-Engage with finance team to understand new requirements or issues and provide solutions / resolution
-Profitability analysis, Profit center accounting , Overhead costing
-Participate in the project development including testing, training and data preparation
-GOOD FICO knowledge in terms of AP, AR, GL, Asset Accounting and Treasury in FI, Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Internal Orders, CO-PA in
Controlling, Electronic Tax Declaration, Product Cost Management, year-end closure,
month-end closure
-Participation in building of global Template and liaison with global Template team
3. Second Level Support for provided IT applications
(Incident, Change and Problem Management)
4. Software Maintenance, Improvements
Requirements:
1.Education:
a)Tertiary education: Bachelor of computer science or equivalence
2.Experience:
a)5 years direct experience implementing and supporting business processes within FI and CO and experience
b)At least 3-5 years of cost Accountant working experience in a manufacturing environment in an MNC
c)Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work with cross-functional team
d)Understand business/ functional FI, CO, HR and Payroll needs
e)Analytical, problem solving and decision-making skill.
f)Good interpersonal and networking skills
g)SAP experience of Global Templates with Localization on top
3.Languages:
a)English: fluent
b)Chinese: native
c)German or French: nice to have
4.IT Skills:
a)Microsoft Office products / skill level: professional
b)MS Project / skill level: professional
c)MS Operating Systems, / skill level: advanced
5.Miscellaneous:
a)Flexible work time (on weekends and public holidays if required), travelling including other countries will be expected.
b)Excellent problem solving skill, can work under pressure.
