职位描述

DUTY
1 Strategic activities
o Sourcing new suppliers
o To create commodity purchasing strategy
o Suppliers relationship management
o Suppliers improvement
2 Commercial activites
o Inquiry and price negotiation
o Cost reduction initiative
o Bugdet and realization
o Supply and Purchase Agreement negotiation
3 Products development and validation:
o Drawing review with supplier to clarify the quality requirements
o To bridge technical communication
o To set up development schedule and to follow
o Review the inspection report and check the PPAP documents from the suppliers
o To follow products validation
o To follow 0 serial producion
4 Support activities;
o Support to improve delivery on time
o Support to solve quality claims
o Support other buyers
5 Supplier quality audit and improvement
Evaluate the new supplier and process audit of series production
Regular audit to current supplier for continual improvements
6 Control the quality of incoming parts
Define the incoming quality control status based on supplier’s audit results
Create the incoming inspection instruction
7 Claims dealing and 8D report follow up
8 Regular follow up of supplier performance evaluation
9 Create the strategic cooperation relationship with suppliers and lead the Supplier Development Program

EDUCATION/MAJOR
University education , Electronic preferred

EXPERIENCE
At least 3 years experience as an electronic process engineer or quality engineer.

SKILLS :
- Knowledge of manufacturing process for electronic product
PERSONALITY
- knowledge of quality
- Strong management ability
- Language : English (fluent spoken & written);
- Computer: Word, Excel, PPT.
- Strong communication ablility
- Clear thinking
- Cooperative spirit and “open mind”;
- Be able to work under a dynamic environment;
- Able to travel frequently.
