职位描述

Job responsibilities:

- Plan, manage, drive and implement Group Production System in a structure way which will involve all functions related.
- Report WPS implementation status regularly.
- Define goals, content and schedule of assigned programs/projects in line with the plant strategy, roadmap and targets.
- Take initiatives on continuous improvement projects
- Facilitate for Kaizen events and workshops to deliver the results based on the timeline defined.
- Train, coach for Kaizen leaders both in workshop and classroom.
- Verify project goals and schedule on a regular basis and apply changes.
- Lead regular audit and assessment and improve production KPI’s
- To support on the operation excellence project scoping and define the targets.
- Validate project results, benefits and cost savings together with project owners.
- Develop templates or tools for operation excellence and Kaizen projects when needed.
- Build project to improve the delivery, quality, lead time and cost if needed.
- Help the operation team to do the value stream mapping.

Job qualifications:

- working place: Qinhuangdao, Hebei. Local people is best.
- Bachelor degree in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering or similar.
- 3- 5 years experience on Lean, Kaizen and operation excellence project management field.
- Age is 30 years around.
- Rich experience in project management regarding lean six sigma, kaizen
- Various lean projects management experience with proved cost savings.
- Be fluent in listening, speaking, reading and writing English
- MS Office, PPT skills.
- CAD or CAXA skills
- Strong communication skills, team player, positive attitude towards solving problems, interdisciplinary working style
- High sense of responsibility, self-employed, initiative, action and result driven.
