职位描述

BASIC FUNCTIONS
1. Project management as a project owner
2. Expedite project execution
3. Work under SD model in SAP
4. Periodical reporting & documentation
RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Project management from order establishment, product and document delivery, till payment settled with customer finally.
2. Establish project milestone and initiate project kick-off meeting to make sure order completely align with contract and technical agreement.
3. Progressively monitor project status against milestone and expedite if necessary.
4. Based on CRD (customer requested delivery date), ensure project smooth execution and actively interface with internal function, inter-company plant, 3rd party vendor and customer.
5. Shipment backlog forecast and drive shipment performance by OTD (On-Time Delivery).
6. Validate Contract and SO specifications, recheck data and documentation before e-contract conversion.
7. Ensure timely order status update in SAP and accurate shipment report.
8. Coordinate with other functions for ad-hoc issue raised from customer
9. Drive aged backlog and primary AR collection to achieve company performance target on shipment and cash flow.


Customers Related
1. Internal Customer: Intercompany manufactures, Sales, Application Engineers, Buyout, Logistics, Warehouse, VAC, Trade Compliance, etc.
2. External Customer: Distributor, Customer, End-user, Buyout vendors, overseas and Domestic Forwarders, Brokers. Etc.

REQUIREMENTS
1. Undergraduate and college education
2. Strong project management knowledge
3. Intensive knowledge of Order to Cash process and experience of none standard product is preferred
4. Good command of business English in written & oral
5. Good understanding of international trade, international logistics, Microsoft Office Suite, and SAP
6. Positive working attitude and willing to work under pressure
7. Valve and Controls production process & application knowledge is a plus
