PRIMARY ACCOUNTABILITY: 主要职责
The Assistant SQE is primarily responsible for the quality of Pentair Flow Technologies products while ensuring compliance to all Pentair policies as well as local and international laws.

Overall Purpose of Position: 职位描述
The Assistant SQE is responsible for supporting the Pentair organisation by monitoring the manufacture, quality inspection and packaging of products, while also providing support for initiatives aimed towards improving quality, delivery, increasing efficiency and reducing costs.
助理SQE负责监督生产，质量检查以及产品的包装，并负责支持相应的质量提升，供货表现的改善，增加效率以及减少成本的项目，以此来支持Pentair组织的发展。
The position is based in Shanghai however an estimated 70% of time will be spent in the manufacturing facilities of Pentair’s suppliers (locations include Suzhou, Qingpu, Wuxi), remaining time will be spent in the office completing and processing documentation and other reports. The position may also require occasional visits to factories in North/South China for training and performing process and product quality inspections.

职责：
· Supervise the manufacture of Pentair products to ensure quality levels and quality procedures are maintained to Pentair specifications.

· Contribute to continuous improvement of quality system, procedure and objectives through performance reviews, audits, innovation and proactive change management,

· Provide support for other supply chain reporting and management activities
为其他供应链的报告以及管理活动提供支持
· Provide support for new sourcing project development and implementation
为新项目的开发以及实施提供帮助
· Reporting project status and supplier performance to stakeholders in China and Australia
向中国以及澳洲的利益相关方报告项目进展以及供应商表现
· Any other responsibilities allocated by Pentair

要求：
· Junior college degree or higher
大专及以上
· Preference given to candidates with high level of English & fluent Mandarin both oral & written
优先录用英语及普通话的读写流利的候选人
· Work experience in quality role is an advantage
曾任职于质量工作的优先录取
· Knowledge or experience with ductile iron foundries, machining, electrostatic coating or component assembly is an advantage
拥有球墨铸铁工厂，机加，静电喷涂或者产品组装方面经验的优先录取
· Requires ability to travel regularly
