职位描述

PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES 
Responsible for internal quality issues of FMT 
Use Quality tools to analyze and solve quality problems and make continual improvement 
Responsible for process improvement for customer complaints and warranty issues 
Set up reasonable specification for products 
Conduct process audit to ensure operators are producing parts to specifications and following established procedures. Documents observation and present findings and action items to the value stream manager. Follows-up on action item completion. 
Assist to develop, implement and maintain a good quality management system for the whole company 
Prepare monthly report and other reports for management team review 
Develop better measurement techniques to get more accurate measuring result 
Conduct internal audit independently 
Provide quality concept training for all employees 

SKILLS ESSENTIAL TO THE JOB 
Technical 

Experienced in equipment manual assembly/machining process; 
Familiar with all kinds of materials and processing, such as metal, plastic, electric etc. 
It’s preferred to have experiences in pump products. 
Familiar with all kinds of measuring and inspecting method. 
Able to analyze and solve quality problems and make continuous improvement 
Proficient with reading mechanical drawings and specifications.

Very honest 
Strong independent thinking and initiative 
Good communication skills 

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED 
Educational 
Bachelor degree, Engineering, Mechanical, 

Professional 
5 years experience with quality control 
Experienced process and quality systems auditor 
Good understanding of Quality Systems: ISO 9001:2000 
Familiar with Quality methodologies 
Ability to speak, listen, write and read English proficiently 
Can use MS office such as Excel, Word etc.
