职位描述
PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
? Work as interface to customers for daily customer service activity in his/her business scope, mainly including:
1. New customer master file establish and apply for maintaining into ERP system in time, regular review and update customer master file as per process requirement.
2. Customer order entry processing, from getting order until acknowledge to customer within 24 hours.
3. Release PO to product resource according safety level and back to back order
4. Notify customer for pick up when goods ready for delivery, and apply to finance function for invoicing while issue shipping requisition to warehouse function with necessary documents to initiate SO shipping process.
5. Collect and review all necessary export shipping documents for AR purpose, and timely deliver to finance for AR handling.
6. Establish & maintain good relationship with internal & external customers, timely collect sales forecast information.
7. Apply credit term for customer
8. Work closely with QA function for proper handling in customs complaint issues.
9. Regular report to business unit or sales team in time, including order booking report, shipment report, inventory status report, weekly KPI report, etc.
10. Provide service to BU or sales team for demo product in/out China.
? Work as trading planner in daily planning activity, mainly including:
1. Issue purchase plan or purchase order in ERP system to initiate purchasing, based on sales order on hand, sales forecast or inventory situation.
2. Data maintenance application for the trading product items, regular review and update item master in ERP system as per process requirement.
3. Monthly review inventory level in his (her) business scope and initiate efficient action
to improve inventory turn according the assigned target.
SKILLS ESSENTIAL TO THE JOB
Technical:
1. Skilled in operating Microsoft office efficiently.
2. Good command in both writing & verbal English.

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
Educational
- Bachelor degree in any discipline, international trading business or logistics preferred.
Professional
- 3 years customer service or PMC working experiences will be preferred.
- Related knowledge of logistics or trading will be preferred
- Familiar with operation in integrated ERP system is preferred
