职位描述

Main Responsibility:

1.Keep a record of all requests for technical Order Processing in ISP with delivery dates for information etc
2.Lead a team of 3 Engineers in a prudent and efficient manner – ensuring high motivation levels and output
3.Ensure required information is compiled and sent out in time keeping in view the process requirements and customer expectations
4.Optimum utilization of capacity to ensure output of high quality and service level
5.Improve the drawing and documentation database in SAP in most current and efficient format
6.Report all requirements to his superiors in time in case of deadline overflow so that necessary preventive action can be initiated.

Requirement：
1.5 years working experience in design office and 2 years experience in leading a team of Design engineers
2.Good communication skills
3.Deadline driven with understanding of project management concepts and tools
4.Hands on knowledge of different CAD system
