职位描述

Major responsibilities:
1. Responsible for program quality planning development and continual improvement, identify and develop quality control system, customer witness items, product certification and delivery documentation package according to external / internal contract, technique / quality agreement, product and process design documentation and related standards. Outputs of program include quality control plan, quality inspection plan, inspection form and inspection working instruction, new gauges and test equipment, inspector training plan etc.
进行与持续改进项目质量策划， 包括根据内外部项目合同、技术/质量协议、产品设计与过程设计文件以及有关标准要求,确定合同产品的质量控制系统、监造项目、产品认证要求和提供用户报告项目, 输出产品质量控制计划、质量检验计划、检验记录、检验作业指导书，新测试与检验设备，检验培训项目等。
2. Responsible for quality control and NCR handling of whole program product realization process. Direct and solve technique / process problems arising in quality inspection & test and performance test process, and responsible for tracing, monitoring and reviewing any arising NCR in the product realization process. Follow-up progress of manufacturing, inspecting and performance testing and advice, customer to witness and solve any discrepancy and misunderstanding during customer witness process, and fulfill any required product certification.
进行合同产品的全过程质量控制与不合格品处理。 指导、解决现场检验与试验中出现的技术与工艺问题；负责对检验、试验人员识别的不符合报告NCR进行判断并提出处理意见, 了解生产、检验与试验进展情况，掌握质量监造日期，全程跟踪用户质量监造。完成相关产品认证。
3. Responsible for collecting, checking and filing contract documentation, and also prepare quality documentation package to customer.
负责收集、校核和归档项目的质量文件与记录，并准备合同项目的质量文件包给顾客。
4. Participate any kaizen continual improvement plans of process capability and 5/S/EHS management in his/her responsible program quality engineer working processes积极参加本人负责的工作区域的过程改进与5S/EHS改善工作。
5. Any agreed-to works by his supervisors and managers.
上级安排其它的工作。

Requirement :
College degree or above, major in mechanics or metal materials.
专科或以上，机械类或金属材料类专业。
Program quality planning, control and continual improvement.
项目质量策划，控制与持续改进经验。
More than 2 years experience of quality engineer.
2年以上质量工程师经验。
In the medium or large manufacturing field, especially in equipment industry.
在中大型制造型企业，尤其在设备制造行业。
