Major responsibilities: 主要职责

Preparation of order documentation according customer specification in own responsibility
Reading and evaluation of customer document specification
Initiation of meetings regarding documentation issues
Tracking of document schedule and quality check of KSB order documentation
Using of customer internet platforms, download and upload of documents
Distribute documents to the related persons in charge

Requirement:
Bachelor Degree or above, Major in Hydraulic Mechanical or Fluid Engineer
Min. 2 years technical / commercial project management experience with SAP
Technical apprenticeship
Document management know how
English language in written and spoken
Capability to teamwork with internal and external departments
Problem solving abilities
Good intercultural competencies
