职位职能: 薪资福利专员/助理
职位描述:
1)Assist developing and administrating C&B policies, guidelines, procedures and programs to ensure a competitive company C&B structure and be fair to all employees.
2)Annual review employees bonus scheme, organize KPI scheme set up, regular review and final results follow up for both office and shop floor employees.
3)Analyze kinds of C&B reports and trends to make appropriate proposals.
4)Prepare annual C&B budget and regular forecast, organize and conduct annual merit increase within the total budget.
5)Align with China region for benefits and regional policy & programs review.
6)Monthly payroll calculation & administration, kinds of report preparation.
7)Other projects and tasks assigned.
Job Requirements岗位要求:
1.5+ years HR experience in foreign invested companies, 3+ years in C&B function.
2.Familiar with Office software, especially in Excel and PPT Skills.
3.Fluent in English.
Other Requirements其它要求:
1.Be familiar with local labor law and tax policy.
2.Experience with SAP&HRP system is perfect.
3.Logical thinking, work through system, detailed & clear process mindset, result oriented.
4.Endure Pressure Chariness, Be careful, patient & responsible.
