职位描述

Responsibility主要职责:

· Estimate the failure model and root cause of the valves sets in serve based on the customer requirements and on-site service situation.

· Contact oversea Flowserve sister plants to get and validate relevant repair and service information of related products.

· Check and affirm the problems which happened in valve set running, prepare valve as found report or service report.

· Prepare repair program, estimate repair cost and schedule

· Go customer site for valve and repairs installation, setting up, running in and spare parts changing.

· Communicate with customer professionally, and build good relationship with customers.

· Train and instruct repair and service technician

· 根据客户要求和阀组在现场服务的情况，对阀的失效原因作出判断。

· 与国外工厂联络，获取和确认所维修/服务的产品的相关信息。

· 确认阀运行中出现的问题并完成阀的检查发现报告或服务报告。

· 制订维修方案，估计维修成本和维修日程安排 。

· 前往客户现场进行服务，包括，阀及安装、试车及零配件更换等。

· 与客户进行专业方面的沟通，并建立良好的关系。

· 对维修技术员进行培训和指导。


Requirement 任职要求：

· Enginery education background, college or above, Hydromechanics will be preferred.

· Five years experience, and at least 3 years valve or mechanical services working experience.

· Can use gauges well, read English version part and assembly drawing and draw simple mechanical drawing

· Know machining processes, valve assemble work process is preferred.

· Read, write and speak English fluently

· Use office software well, such as, Excel, Word, PPT, Lotus Notes, and so on

· Strong with organizing and communicating.

· 机械类教育背景，大专或以上，流体力学专业优先。

· 五年工作经验，三年以上阀或是相关机械售后服务维修的相关经验。

· 熟练使用量具，懂零件和装配图纸，能制图。

· 懂机加工、阀门组装工作流程者优先考虑。

· 英语读、写、说流利。

· 会操作电脑熟悉办公软件，例如：Excel, Word, PPT, Lotus Notes等。

· 优秀的沟通与组织能力。
