Support company on domestic business development projects.

Being the link between local company and Corporate Head of Product Management. His/her goal is to collect the opportunities of potential business in mainland China, concerning new/ customized/ transferred products and to coordinate and supervise the whole process from feasibility analysis s through evaluation to final development / ready to sell.

成为本地公司与集团产品管理负责人之间的纽带。他/她的目标是收集潜在的中国大陆业务机会，包括新产品/定制/转让产品，并协调和监督从可行性分析到评估到最终开发/准备销售的整个过程。

Monitor and supervision of the product life cycle management for the DCH products portfolio.

监控和监督戴博中国产品组合的产品生命周期管理。

Keep continuous relationship with corporate Head of Product Management, local sales stakeholders.

与集团产品管理负责人、当地销售利益相关者保持持续的关系。

Team coordination for new customized/transferred products projects, involving mainly purchase, production, Logistics, R&D, Quality.

协调新定制/转让产品项目，主要涉及采购、生产、物流、研发、质量。

Corporation with QC, Customer service, R&D for products quality monitor and improvements.

与质量、客服、研发部门合作，对产品质量进行监控和改进。

Monitor the products margin and provides proposal for improvements when necessary (product maintenance champion)

监控产品利润率，并在必要时提供改进建议。

Support the technical training to internal colleagues and external partners.

支持对内部同事和外部合作伙伴的技术培训。

Benchmarking with local competitors.

与本地竞争对手进行标杆管理。

Any other assignment from management.
