职位描述

岗位职责:
? Communication internal (project execution, purchasing, logistics, quality department, workshop manager)
负责内部沟通（包括项目执行，采购，物流，质量部门，车间经理）
? Support the process technology manager for the setup of the electrical workshop, especially for setup of the test field
协助工艺技术经理筹备建立电机车间，尤其是测试场地的筹建
? Coordinate the workshop tests
协调车间测试工作
? Establish in process test procedures
制定工艺测试流程
? Support workshop managers for daily business
协助车间经理处理日常事务
? Take actions to identify and mitigate or eliminate risks
采取措施预见，减小或消除风险


任职资格:
? Bachelor Degree (preferred: Electrical Engineering)
学士学位（电气工程专业优先）
? Three (3) or more years of experience in high voltage testing and insulation technology (motor/generator components bars and poles)
三年以上高压测试和绝缘技术的生产经验（发电机磁极线圈和发电机定子线棒）
? Fluent Chinese – both oral and writing
流畅的中文表达-口语和书面
? Basic Communication in English基础英语交流能力
? Hands-on mentality动手能力强
? MS Office (especially Excel)
熟练操作MS Office办公软件（尤其是Excel）
? (SAP)
? 能使用SAP软件优先考虑
