职位描述

岗位职责:

- Responsible for design, maintenance, quality assurance, qualification of engineering staff and product development

负责设计，维护，质量保证，工程人员资格和产品开发；

- Workshop and site installation instruction & Start up service.

车间和现场的安装指导和开机服务；

- Supporting the sale and proposal team for prizing of hydraulic/pneumatic solution; 

支持液压/气动解决方案的销售建议团队；

- Find out the project solution with the customer/divisions.

与客户/部门一起找出项目解决方案；

- Project management and execution of HPL

项目管理和HPL的执行；

- Implement and carry out all orders in agreement with the divisional management.

按照部门管理层的要求执行所有订单；

- Control receivables in close cooperation with the sales team.

与销售团队密切合作，控制应收账款；

- Improve processes, standards, tools and skill levels within the organization together with other members of the project team.

与项目团队的其他成员一起提高组织内的流程、标准、工具和技能水平；

- Support Sales, Technology and Product and Service manager(s)

支持销售、技术、产品和服务经理。

 

任职资格:

- 5年及以上液压气动领域经验；

- 良好的英语听说读写能力；

- 熟练使用MS Office；

- 了解最新的材料和伺服液压系统；

- 了解工艺技术；

- 熟悉市场概况（挖掘潜在客户）；

- 有现场管理组织协调能力；

- 具有良好的沟通能力；

- 必须懂一些自动化、仪表、电气方面的知识；
